Ashish Enterprises engages in wholesale and retail supply of premium dry fruits, spices, powdered spices, and assorted gift boxes. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

1. Definitions

Company / Seller: Ashish Enterprises
Customer / Buyer: Any individual, retailer, reseller, distributor, or corporate entity purchasing products
Products: Dry fruits, spices, spice powders, flavoured and premium variants, gift boxes, and related items supplied by the Company.

2. Order Placement

• Orders may be placed via the website, WhatsApp, email, direct purchase, or phone.

• Orders are processed only after confirmation and, for wholesale, after advance or full payment.

• Ashish Enterprises may accept, modify, or reject orders based on availability and operational considerations.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) will apply to wholesale purchases.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• Wholesale prices exclude GST, packaging, and shipping charges unless specifically mentioned.

• Retail MRP includes all applicable taxes.

• Prices may change due to market conditions and seasonal variations without prior notice.

• Special discounts or promotions are valid for a limited period only.

4. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, Cheque, and approved digital channels.

• For bulk orders of gift boxes, 50% advance must be paid at the time of order confirmation and the remaining 50% must be paid at the time of delivery.

• Overdue payments may attract interest as per the applicable rate.

• Cheque return or dishonor may lead to penalties and temporary suspension of supply.

5. Quality Standards

• Products are delivered as per specified grades (W240 cashews, AA almonds, A-grade spices, etc.).

• Natural products may show permissible variations in size, aroma, color, or taste.

• No artificial preservatives are added unless mentioned.

• Retail products meet statutory labeling requirements.

6. Packaging

• Standard packaging includes pouches, jars, cartons, sacks, and vacuum packs.

• Custom gift packaging or personalized branding is charged additionally.

• Ashish Enterprises is not liable for damage caused due to mishandling after dispatch.

7. Delivery & Shipping

• We ship across Pan-India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

• Shipping charges vary based on destination, weight, and courier service.

• Once shipped, transit risk passes to the Customer.

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

• For bulk/wholesale orders, delivery terms may differ based on prior agreement

8. Inspection & Complaints

• Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery.

• Any complaint (product damage, shortage, wrong item) must be reported within 24 hours using photo/video evidence and sealed packaging.

• No claims will be accepted in case of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Improper storage by the Customer

  • Courier delays beyond Company control

• Replacement/refund decisions will be based on investigation by the Company.

9. Storage Guidelines

Customers must store products in:

• Airtight containers

• Cool, dry environment

• Temperature below 25°C

• Away from heat, sunlight, moisture, and strong odors

Ashish Enterprises is not responsible for spoilage after successful delivery.

10. Branding & Intellectual Property

• Customers may resell products under their own brand unless exclusive agreements exist.

• Use of Ashish Enterprises branding, packaging, trademarks, product images, or marketing materials without written consent is prohibited.

• Repackaging products under the Ashish Enterprises brand is strictly prohibited unless the Customer has obtained official licensing.

11. Confidentiality

All pricing, customer data, business terms, and trade information shared between Ashish Enterprises and the Customer must remain confidential.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ashish Enterprises is not liable for:

• Profit or business loss

• Market depreciation

• Resale failure or slow sales

• Special, incidental, or consequential damages

• Delays caused by third-party logistics partners

13. Force Majeure

Ashish Enterprises will not be liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Strikes or transport restrictions

• Government regulations

• Pandemic conditions

• Supply chain disruptions

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India, with specific jurisdiction determined by the Company’s registered office location.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions, effective 20 November 2025, applicable across India.
