Refund Policy

Ashish Enterprises aims to deliver the highest-quality dry fruits, spices, and gift boxes.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable, how to request them, and the conditions that apply.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

1.1 Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

1.2 Damaged Product

If the product is damaged during transit and you report it within 24 hours with photo/video evidence of:

  • Outer packaging

  • Inner packaging

  • Product condition

1.3 Quality Issue (Verified)

If a clear and verifiable quality issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is opened, used, or partially consumed

  • Product is damaged due to improper storage (heat, moisture, insects, sunlight, etc.)

  • Customer changes their mind or decides they no longer want the product

  • Delay caused by courier/logistics partners

  • Items purchased under discount, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Custom-packed bulk or wholesale orders

  • Gift boxes packed on special request

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

All refund decisions are based on internal investigation by Ashish Enterprises.

3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

You must report any issue within:

  • 24 hours of delivery for damaged, wrong, or poor-quality items

  • Reports made after 24 hours will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of products

4. Refund Process

If your issue is approved:

  1. Refund will be initiated within 5–14 working days

  2. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  3. Wholesale refunds may be issued as credit notes, depending on the situation

5. Cancellation Before Refund

Cancellation must follow our Cancellation Policy:

  • Retail orders can be cancelled within 2 hours if not dispatched

  • Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid

  • Gift box bulk orders require 50% advance at the time of order and 50% on delivery, which is non-refundable once prepared

6. Return of Products

Returns are accepted only if the Company requests the product to be returned for verification.
Customers must ensure:

  • Product is unused

  • Fully sealed and in original condition

  • Shipped back securely (if required)

Return delivery cost may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

7. Special Notes for Perishable Goods

Dry fruits and spices are natural perishables.
Variations in color, size, aroma, and texture are normal and not eligible for refunds.
