Cancellation Policy

Ashish Enterprises aims to provide a seamless shopping experience.
This Cancellation Policy explains how and when an order may be cancelled.

1. Retail Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

• Retail orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

• No cancellation fee is charged during this window.

1.2 After Shipment

• Once the order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

• “Refusing delivery” does not count as cancellation and may result in deduction of shipping charges.

2. Wholesale Order Cancellation

2.1 Before Confirmation

• Wholesale orders can be cancelled before payment and confirmation.

2.2 After Confirmation & Payment

• Once confirmed and paid, wholesale orders cannot be cancelled due to product allocation, preparation, and bulk handling procedures.

• Cancellation requests after confirmation will not be eligible for refund.

3. Gift Box & Custom Packaging Orders

3.1 Bulk Gift Boxes

• Bulk gift box orders require:

  • 50% advance at the time of order

  • 50% at the time of delivery

• Once production/packing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

• The 50% advance is non-refundable after preparation starts.

3.2 Custom Branding or Packaging

• All custom or personalized packaging orders are non-cancellable after design or production work begins.

4. Orders Cancelled by the Company

Ashish Enterprises may cancel an order in rare situations, such as:

• Payment not received or payment failure

• Order information incomplete or incorrect

• Product out of stock

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

• Logistics restrictions affecting delivery

• Technical issues or pricing errors

In such cases, the customer will receive:

• A full refund (if payment was already made)

• A notification explaining the reason for cancellation

5. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel an order (within allowed limits), contact the owner 
Provide the following details:

• Full Name

• Order ID

• Phone Number

• Reason for Cancellation

Requests made after the permitted cancellation window will not be accepted.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time: 5–14 working days.

• Wholesale refund exceptions apply as per the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptance of Cancellation Policy

By placing an order with Ashish Enterprises, you acknowledge and agree to the Cancellation Policy outlined above.
